What is your payment schedule?
Our payment schedule is weekly or monthly. We can also set up a bi-weekly schedule if needed. 

Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Yes, full-time and part-time care is available.

What is your staff certified in?
Our staff is CPR and first aid certified. They are also trained in fire safety and emergency preparedness.

What security measures are taken when releasing children?
We ID the parents. The address must match what is on emergency contact form exactly. Parents must give permission for that person to pick up.

When may I enroll my child?
You can enroll your child at any time.

How old does my child need to be to attend your daycare?
6 weeks

How will I know what my child is doing throughout the day?
We use a program called Tadpoles. For more information about this program you can visit their website:  http://www.tadpoles.com/ . All our daily sheets and learning experiences are updated to this program daily to keep parents involved.

How do I find out about school closures?
School closures will be on Fox 29 news and it will also be posted on our website

What is included in your tuition?
A morning and afternoon snack is included in the tuition along with the weekly special and monthly visitor.

Can I pay online?
Yes, there is a tuition express link on our website.

Is there a charge for picking up my child late?
There will be a charge of a dollar per minute after 6 p.m.

What is the tuition payment policy?
Weekly tuition must be paid by Friday of the current week.

Will I be charged late fees?
There are no late fees.

Is there a discount for multiple children?
There is a 10% discount off the oldest child’s tuition if the child is full-time.

What is the vacation policy?
We do not have a vacation policy.

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, the registration fee is $100 for one child and $150 for a family.

What dates can I expect for your center to be closed?
We will be closed on all major holidays. (will give list)

Can I periodically change my schedule?
Yes you can periodically change your schedule but you must give a 24 hour notice.

Are you state licensed?
Yes, we are state licensed.

What do I need to bring/provide?
You need to provide lunch, three drinks, wipes, diapers, and a nap mat.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 6:30 a.m – 6:00 p.m.
